Bipolar Disorder Has A Really Big Sword

So, as it turns out, I'm having a rather difficult time rearranging my "messy closet" of a brain and untangling that ball of string. Things always seem to get more troublesome before they begin to be resolved.

Jeff started reading a book tonight titled "Loving Someone With Bipolar Disorder" and he was reading aloud a section that was talking about journaling and its usefulness when living with a manic-depressive. He reads, "the pen is mightier than the sword, and bipolar disorder has a really big sword." Wow. I don't know that I could have said it better myself. My sword is getting heavy though.

I don't have any huge epiphany to share with you, or any ah-hah moments that have occurred lately. All I can say is that I'm tired of fighting with myself. I'm tired of feeling this way. I can't stand the way I constantly feel like there are two different people arguing inside my head.

I just want to agree with myself. Any suggestions?
